Spooky Spill Clean Up!

Spooky season is in full force and Halloween is less than a week away! A time full of costume making, candy, home decorating, baking and crafting..what’s not to love about this time of year?

If you’re thinking “I really dislike the clean up”, we’re about to make your day with a few hacks on making your transition out of Halloween easier.

Jack-O-Lantern Gone Bad

When your pumpkin/jack-o-lanterns go bad, they may leave a moldy residue on the surface where they sat.  Grab your No. 001 & apply a healthy amount to a microfiber cloth. Rub the cloth in a back forth motion until it comes off, rinse afterwards. It will even leave a nice festive scent!

No. 001 is safe on all your surfaces! Send us a message if you want to check with us.

You've Been TP-ed!

So it started as a surprise, was funny for a second and now you’ve got the dreaded chore of removing it all. The best way to go about it is to wait until the afternoon, once the morning dew has evaporated/dried, toilet paper is hard to remove when it’s wet. Either apply some duct tape to a stick, or simply take a leaf blower to remove!

Sticky Sweets STUCK

You’ve spied the discarded chewed gum ball on your upholstery and you’re trying to stay calm. Don’t panic! Wait until the next day for it to harden, then scrape off. If really stuck, freeze the gum by applying ice.

Glitter, Glitter, Glitter

The kings, queens, and fairies are all out to play this Halloween! Maybe Tinkerbell left a little too much of her fairy dust in your house. We all know the feeling of seeing the glitter months after the party. Start with the vacuum and finish with your trusty lint roller.

Chocolate Stains

We all love chocolate. Stains? Not so much! If you’ve got stains from Halloween chocolates No. 001 can help you out. Follow this quick hack!

Mix No. 001 with a cup of warm water and use a microfiber cloth to dab at the resistant area. Then rinse with clean cold water!
